Shipping methods

All orders are processed and scheduled to ship within 1-4 business days of order placement (except weekend). After processing the order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the estimated shipping date. Please note that your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking information.

The company is not responsible for any delays in deliveries of products that are not due to its fault or constitute force majeure, such as road problems, severe weather, strikes, etc.

Your failure to pick up our products at your chosen location and time and your request for re-shipping will result in your billing at the cost of transport.

Attention! When delivering the package, you must check for damage to your parcel in front of the carrier, otherwise our company will not be held responsible for any deterioration after delivery.

DATE AND TIMES OF DELIVERY

Our e-shop works with ELTA Courier.

The delivery time for orders is 1-4 business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, depending on the routes of the cooperating carriers.

If you cannot pick up at that time at the address you give us you will need to pick up the parcel from a freight transport shop that we are working with

Attention: delivery times are effective from the day the order is delivered to the Courier / Transportation Company. When we deliver your order you will receive an informative email so you know exactly when it was delivered.

The day you receive your order from our warehouse / courier, you will receive an email stating the shipping company that will deliver your order and the Voucher or your ticket number.

If your order has been received by ELTA courier, you can check the delivery electronically at www.elta-courier.gr using the “Track & Trace” service by clicking and placing the voucher number that we have sent to you.
